The Clumsies (Praxitelous\u00a030, downtown Athens) has been chosen as one of the 50\u00a0best bars <\/a>in the world for 2021. This year, the famous Greek bar was ranked #4. Baba au Rum (Kleitiou\u00a06, Syntagma) also had a spot in the guide, occupying #14 (went up from last year\u2019s 31st place).<\/p>\n

It went on to win more awards and, in recent years, The\u00a0Clumsies in downtown Athens is consistently ranked among the top bars of the list. Its team experiments with various concepts and creates, in its lab of wonders, drinks with an exquisite taste and surprisingly inventive in appearance. You will find it in an impressive listed building on Praxitelous\u00a0Street behind the beautiful and historic Klafthmonos\u00a0Square.<\/p>\n

Baba\u00a0Au\u00a0Rum opened in March 2009 and took an innovative approach to rum and cocktails<\/a>. It has been a trendsetter in Greek bartending ever since. The Baba\u00a0au\u00a0Rum team travels all around the world to visit distilleries and producers and carefully select ingredients for its famous cocktails. Also, the team buys the necessary herbs and fruits from local farmers and serves a variety of special spirits and liqueurs all of which feature rum as the dominant ingredient. Find this small but cozy bar in downtown Athens (close to Syntagma\u00a0Square). At Baba\u00a0au\u00a0Rum, as is the case with most Athenian bars, the fun doesn\u2019t stop inside.
