Raised in Panama and Athens, and having worked in some of London\u2019s top restaurants, Skotidas has crafted a fusion menu influenced by South America and Asia, reflecting both his personal and culinary background.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1315\" data-end=\"1708\"><em data-start=\"1319\" data-end=\"1330\">abraOvata&#8217;s\u00a0<\/em> menu doesn\u2019t shout with excessive showmanship\u2014it whispers with confidence, grounded in inventive and well-thought-out ingredient pairings that transport you through taste. In the afternoon, early dinner is framed by the cinematic light of dusk, as the lake shimmers in twilight and nature seems to hold its breath.
