QProject<\/a> undertook the construction of the new offices of the technology company specializing in cybersecurity, Hack The Box, in Palaio Faliro. This is a project that combines contemporary architecture, high technical specifications and a distinct spatial identity\u2014elements that align with Hack The Box\u2019s approach and culture. At the same time, it constitutes a demanding construction undertaking with a total surface area of 2,500 sq.m., fully reflecting the philosophy and momentum of the construction company itself.<\/p>\n

The new property is located at 3 Moraitini Street in Palaio Faliro, in a prime location near Plateia Nerou and opposite the Tae Kwon Do indoor arena, within the Skywalker office building. This particular building holds the international LEED Gold certification, confirming its high standards of sustainability, energy efficiency and indoor environmental quality\u2014features that were fully integrated into both the design and implementation of the new offices.<\/p>\n

How QProject\u2019s new construction is structured<\/h2>\n

The project is developed across three levels with a clearly defined functional layout. The top floor of the building houses the management offices, offering privacy and comfort. The ground floor functions as a hub for leisure and meetings, with spaces that encourage collaboration, social interaction and creativity. The second ground-floor level, with a mezzanine, is the main working area for employees, designed to support the daily operation of large teams with flexibility and ergonomic efficiency.<\/p>\n

QProject delivered a contemporary workplace based on European standards of construction and operation, incorporating offices, meeting rooms, leisure areas, a gym and event spaces. The primary objective was to create an environment that goes beyond simply serving work-related needs, actively supporting well-being, inspiration and the dynamic culture of Hack The Box.<\/p>\n

Project contributors and materials used in the construction<\/h2>\n

Particular emphasis was placed on the selection of materials and construction details. The space features specialized acoustic wall panels by Alfa Akoustiki, Hera Design acoustic ceiling panels spray-painted on site, as well as pyramid acoustic panels by MIPECO, custom-ordered in specific color shades. These surfaces ensure excellent acoustic conditions, essential for a space dedicated to intensive intellectual work.<\/p>\n

Handcrafted floor markings were created using stencils and tapes, entirely hand-painted, enhancing the industrial and custom character of the space. Custom metal partitions were constructed on level K4, along with cladding on the upper floor, while concrete blocks of special dimensions were used, custom-ordered from Crete.<\/p>\n

The kitchens were exclusively designed and built based on Hack The Box\u2019s specific needs, featuring metal frames and wooden cladding, while a climbing wall was also integrated into the space, underlining the company\u2019s alternative and dynamic character. In terms of technological infrastructure, KNX and BMS systems were installed, ensuring smart management of lighting, climate control and energy use. The project was implemented with project management by Arbitrage, electromechanical and structural studies by TEMEK, led by Thanasis Koutsikos, and architectural design by Edje. The project photography was carried out by Giannis Giannelos.<\/p>\n

The result is a complete, contemporary, high-specification working environment that consistently reflects Hack The Box\u2019s philosophy and confirms QProject\u2019s technical expertise and construction excellence.<\/p>\n

QProject was founded in 2014 by Kyriakos Tsagkalidis, a Mechanical Engineer and graduate of the National Technical University of Athens, during a period of intense economic challenges for Greece\u2014a fact that shaped the company\u2019s operating model and philosophy from an early stage. The company grew by undertaking a series of significant projects and gained experience in managing complex conditions within the construction sector. Particular emphasis is placed on organization and preparation at all stages of project implementation.
