In 2025, it made steady progress on all annual targets that it has set and is monitoring.

Environment and Climate Change: Targeted actions for a smaller footprint

Quest Group reduced absolute emissions from its own activities (Scope 1 & 2) by 24% compared to the base year 2022 – the result of combined interventions such as: reducing fuel consumption, implementing optimal energy efficiency systems and purchasing green certificates for renewable electricity, as well as new investments in photovoltaic systems and electric charging points at its facilities. At the end of 2025, 63% of the vehicle fleet is now hybrid or electric. At the same time, Scope 3 emissions are measured on an annual basis throughout the supply chain of its companies, with the aim of reducing any negative footprint. Also, an important environmental goal is the effective management of electrical waste. The Group is also strengthening the circular economy model, where in 2025, through take-back programs, more than 8,600 used devices were returned, while ACS, in collaboration with APPLIANCE RECYCLING S.A., contributed to the collection of 18 tons of electrical waste.

Employees: Investment in training, AI skills and inclusion

Investing in its human capital remains a constant priority for the Group. In 2025, the new ALLYship program was also launched, where Group employees voluntarily collaborate to establish a participatory culture that promotes diversity and inclusion with tangible results. The Group places particular importance on the health and safety of its employees and five subsidiaries have ISO 45001 certification for occupational health and safety, while the Armonia wellness program actively supports the mental and physical health of employees.

Responsible entrepreneurship: Transparency and accountability

The integration of ESG criteria into governance is a structural element of Quest Group’s operations. 15% of the variable remuneration of the Managing Directors is directly linked to the achievement of ESG objectives. In 2025, zero incidents of serious data breaches were recorded in the Group’s systems, a result of systematic investment in cybersecurity and the training of all employees.

The responsible integration of the Group’s ESG strategy into its operations has also received external recognition. For 2025, the Group’s Sustainability Report was published for the second year in compliance with the European ESRS standards and received independent external assurance. Two of its companies, Info Quest Technologies and ACS, received a Silver rating from EcoVadis, one of the most recognized international rating bodies for sustainable value chains, while Quest Holdings was included for the second consecutive year in the FTSE4Good Emerging Markets index, as one of 14 Greek companies that meet its strict ESG criteria.

Sustainable products: Positive footprint as a competitive advantage

In 2025, over 13% of the Group’s revenues come from products and services with a positive environmental and social impact — the ESG target is to steadily increase this percentage beyond 10% by 2030. Indicative examples are ACS’s Smartpoint Lockers and electric-powered deliveries, Uni Systems’ cloud solutions, Info Quest Technologies’ electric mobility and energy storage products, and the energy-efficient heating and cooling solutions of air conditioning companies Clima Quest and G.E.
