In an era where hospitality demands authenticity, identity and consistency, Etien Topalian and Yiannis and Tolis Marakakis have charted their own unique course. With businesses that cover a wide range of gastronomic and entertainment experiences, they contribute to the development of the Athenian Riviera into a modern, high-standard destination that meets the modern demands of the public.
At the seaside Dot Beach Vibes, the carefreeness of the beach meets flavors that are in themselves a reason to visit. The name “Dot” is no coincidence: it is the geographical location of Voula, the heart of this pioneering venture. The trio of success speaks of its own substantial hospitality-related contribution to the evolutionary path of the Athenian Riviera:
Y.M.: At Dot Beach Vibes, our people make the difference. We deeply believe that human presence and authentic hospitality are what stand out, especially when the natural environment generously offers sea and sky.
E.T.: The kitchen is a key part of Dot Beach Vibes. We want the visitor who comes to swim, to stay with us for the food experience as well. Our goal is not just to meet the needs of the beach, but to offer flavors that will be a reason to visit in themselves.

Y.M.: The different characters of our venues reflect our desire for experimentation and creation. Each venue expresses us, although it has its own unique concept and identity.
T.M.: The basic “must” for anyone who wants to invest in hospitality is the ability to please people. The customers have a say when they choose to leave the house and dedicate their time and money. They want to feel comfortable, to associate the venue, the flavors and the sounds with a special experience.
E.T.: The Athenian Riviera is changing rapidly and the business environment is extremely demanding. There is a flood of information, but also an unprecedented increase in prices. Consistent quality is what can keep the relationship with the customer strong.
T.M.: We strongly believe in the development of the Athenian Riviera, as long as it is done moderately, so as not to alter the genuine characteristics of the area. If the masterplans are implemented on time and as planned, southern Attica will not resemble the cinematic images of previous decades. However, the world is moving forward and it is our responsibility to maintain or even enhance the characteristics of this little paradise we live in.
Y.M.: Our connection with the local community of the Southern Suburbs is meaningful, even though our customers do not come exclusively from the area. The proximity to the sea and the special character of the coastline are sources of inspiration.
