Palaio Faliro, one of the most popular residential areas of the Southern Suburbs, is preparing to welcome a new development that aims to offer high-quality housing to those seeking a modern lifestyle close to the sea. Larus Residence is Q Project’s new residential proposal and represents a complete living concept designed with comfort, aesthetics, and sustainability in mind.
The location of the complex was one of the first aspects Q Project focused on. The building, currently under construction, is just a few minutes’ walk from the coastal front of Faliro. Larus Residence allows its residents to enjoy daily seaside walks or simply relax near the area’s maritime environment, while at the same time being close to all the amenities required by modern life.
A central landmark of the area is Flisvos Marina, the first Greek marina built to international standards, able to host a large number of superyachts, while its location connects directly with the beaches of the southern sector of Athens and is also close to the city center. The proximity to the landmark investment of The Ellinikon, Greece’s largest urban regeneration project, as well as to the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, a recreational space for all ages designed by the renowned Italian architect Renzo Piano, further enhances the importance and appeal of the wider area.
A 7-story building with 21 high-standard residences
The project consists of a modern seven-story building that houses 21 high-standard residences. The variety of options meets different needs, ranging from spacious two- and three-bedroom apartments to maisonettes designed for those who want to live in a more distinctive, multi-level space.
