Design Pergola participates in a landmark project in Tinos, redefining the concept of outdoor space and setting new standards in modern hospitality design. When Design Pergola was assigned the creation of the Odera Tinos project, the challenge was not simply the design and crafting of high-quality outdoor furniture, but the absolute harmonization with a vision: the creation of an authentic, handmade landscape, sculpted by the wild beauty of Tinos.
Odera is not just a hotel. It is an ode to sustainability, tradition and modern minimalism – an experience that is born out of the island itself and opens a dialogue with the past and the future. In full synergy with the design team of Studio Bonarchi, Design Pergola was entrusted with the bespoke design, crafting and delivery of the outdoor furniture, with an emphasis on quality, detail and the identity of the place.
The choice of materials – natural, durable, sustainable – and the “tailor-made” approach reflect the company’s philosophy: each project has to be unique, adapted to the environment and the needs of each client. Design Pergola’s contribution to Odera is not limited to design and construction. On the contrary, it is an example of how modern entrepreneurship and innovation can redefine the role of design in the sustainability of the tourism industry.

This project embodies the principles of locality, natural aesthetics and responsible construction. The choice of environmentally friendly materials, the timelessness of the designs and the low energy requirements of the constructions are aligned with the principles of the circular economy.
Design Pergola has already proven its ability to manage high-demand projects, both in island complexes and in urban environments. Typical examples are its collaborations with leading residences and hotel units in the Southern Suburbs of Attica, such as 91 Athens Riviera by Grivalia Hospitality, luxury villas in Vouliagmeni and bespoke construction projects in residences in Glyfada, Hellinikon and Varkiza, both with shading products and with furniture.
The common denominator in all of these projects is absolute consistency in design, insistence on quality and a sincere relationship with the environment. In this context, Design Pergola is currently in the process of obtaining the ISO 9001 and ISO 13000 certifications, confirming its commitment to the quality, environmental responsibility and durability of its products. At the same time, Design Pergola systematically invests in its digitalization and digital transformation.
Design Pergola is implementing a comprehensive digital transformation plan, consistently investing in innovative technologies. An ambitious plan is already underway with the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies at key points of its commercial activity, aiming to redefine the overall experience – from service to design – while enhancing efficiency, response time, and delivering a more personalized customer journey.
This approach is not just technological – it is philosophical: innovation does not contradict tradition, but complements it. And the Odera Tinos project is living proof of this balance. In a world called upon to rethink the way it lives, travels and consumes, Design Pergola proves that construction with purpose and values can be a driving force for a more sustainable future.
Odera Tinos is not just a hotel; it is a new way of thinking, and we are proudly part of it.
