Luca Piscazzi, the chef who gave the Athens Riviera its first Michelin star for Pelagos at the Four Seasons Astir Palace in Vouliagmeni, is bringing to Glyfada a project that is more personal and spontaneous. Together with his wife, Charlotte Luykx, the Italian chef returns to the flavors he grew up with, those he first discovered in his grandmother’s kitchen just outside Rome.
Pino presents itself as a “pizzeria romana” and opened just a few days ago on Kyprou Street. The pizzas are served thin and crispy, in true Roman style, from the classic Margherita to more unconventional options such as shrimp, artichokes, and cocktail sauce.
The menu is rounded out with pasta dishes—from a different take on carbonara to Spaghetti allo Scoglio with seafood—prepared with the same philosophy that runs through the entire project: Italian flavors with authentic character, in a new hangout spot in the heart of Glyfada.
Pino will be open Wednesday to Sunday, 19:00 – 23:00.
