On Thursday, September 17, 2026, the impressive One&Only Aesthesis at Asteria Glyfada welcomes the inaugural Athens Riviera Luxury Awards, created to spotlight the leading figures of real estate, tourism, and high-end hospitality on the Athens Riviera.
The awards ceremony will be held as a closed, invitation-only event, bringing together leading figures from the business world, investors, and institutional representatives.
As Vicky Bouzouni — journalist, Founder & CEO of Legacy Group – Capital & Media, and creator of the Athens Riviera Luxury Awards — notes, the goal is to establish an annual benchmark institution that will recognize the businesses and people who play a catalytic role in the area’s evolution into an international tourism and investment destination.
The evening’s official Media Partner is NouPou Media, which, through its three distinct brands (NouPou.gr, White Paper, The Table), systematically documents this transformation, having firmly established its specialization in Southern Athens and the Athens Riviera.
Award Categories & Jury
The awards focus on four key pillars of the area’s development, recognizing the businesses and projects that stand out in the following categories:

The selection and evaluation of the awards is handled by a four-member jury, with each member representing one of the four award pillars.
- Panagiotis Tobras: Architect and founder of Top Mentor Consultants, with many years of international experience in the design and management of projects for hotels, resorts, and luxury residential complexes in Italy, Greece, Australia, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates.
- Michalis Papoulis: Founder & CEO of Pharos Investment Advisors and Vice President of the Hellenic Association of SEPEY (Listed Companies), with a long track record in international markets.
- Vasilis Politis: Retired Rear Admiral of the Hellenic Navy, investment advisor in marinas and yacht management, and board member of the Hellenic Chamber of Shipping.
- Anna Gauthier: Director of Sales and Marketing at One&Only Aesthesis at Asteria Glyfada, with over 20 years of international experience and leadership roles in the luxury hospitality industry.
