At Ten Brinke, we always follow our own path with a focus on the present and with ambitions for the future. A path that leads us to new points, through our European trajectory, towards our own horizon. We work purposefully and we like to do it a little differently: with boldness and sobriety. The southern suburbs are for us a dreamy place, a stone’s throw from the historical center of Athens, which combines the mountain with the sea, the lively market, entertainment and pleasure. A place that lacks nothing. This is also one of the reasons why we choose the majority of our projects – over 70 are planned for the next three years – to be there. From the construction and development of the first Grand Masoutis in Attica to the emblematic building of our new offices, which is being built opposite the entrance of The Ellinikon, and the residential buildings in Glyfada, Voula, Argyroupoli and Hellinikon, we respond to the need for “green” properties, which coexist harmoniously with the rest of the conventionally constructed buildings in the area.
By minimizing the environmental footprint of our projects and by relying on the principles of architecture and decoration, we guarantee high aesthetics, luxury and safety. Ten Brinke was founded in 1902, in the Netherlands. And in 2008 it came to Greece. Although we are now a pan-European Group, our culture, values and flat organizational structure are governed by family principles. Fulfilling the wishes and requirements of our customers and partners is a top priority for us. Therefore, everything related to the construction and development of real estate concerns us. Having acquired extensive know-how over the past 120+ years, we cover the entire chain of the real estate market, from private homes to complex large-scale industrial projects.

Having under our supervision the acquisition and development of real estate, the preparation and implementation of the construction, the guidance of the buyer and the subsequent maintenance of the project, we respond quickly and with specialization to all new developments in the construction sector, but also in the real estate market.
Sustainability & Transparency
Sustainability is a concept that requires action and today’s decisions affect our lives tomorrow. Social and environmental responsibility standards force us to design and implement our projects in such a way that we contribute to a more sustainable architecture of our built and natural environment. As a member of the DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council) for many years and through active cooperation with experts related to the field, we have developed our own procedures and principles on how sustainable buildings can be developed, designed and constructed, but also operated and maintained in accordance with modern requirements.
Concepts such as the circular economy and social commitment are deeply embedded in our business ethics. Our goals are, on the one hand, to provide integrated products and services at fair prices and, on the other hand, to reduce the consumption of raw materials and energy during the development and construction processes throughout the supply chain.
Wherever possible, we prefer environmentally friendly materials, energy-neutral solutions and circular business channels. We choose the highest possible green building certification in most of our projects, emphasizing that sustainable solutions are primarily taken into account. Our buildings feature, among other things, green roofs and green facades – where possible – as well as installed power generation systems through solar energy.
We have the experience for all the above. We are participatory and fully conscious. Ten Brinke is the partner of choice in the construction and development of real estate.
