For Sunnyland's owner, Aristides Belles, the creation of modern homes that enhance the city's image and act as architectural reference points is a key element of the company's philosophy.
In an era where modern housing is being redefined through aesthetics, functionality and sustainability, Sunnyland creates luxury properties with timeless value and a distinct architectural identity. With a strong presence on the Athens Riviera, it invests in prime locations, designing homes that are in full harmony with their environment and combine quality construction and innovation. With an emphasis on timeless design, energy efficiency and premium materials, each project is designed to offer high-standard comfort.
Sunnyland invests in a quiet aesthetic luxury with respect for the environment and an emphasis on sustainability. A key requirement for our constructions is privacy and for this reason, we do not build large complexes, but buildings with 4 to a maximum of 8 apartments. We are interested in our buildings benefiting from the comparative advantage of our sunny country so that they are naturally lit and bathed in the sun. The element of functionality is also dominant, especially in constructions of this level that are mainly addressed to foreign investors.
Aetheria
The inextricable bond of a modern construction with the city must be considered a fundamental factor for its completion. Every construction should converse with the natural and urban landscape of the area where it is built. Otherwise, an absolute disorder is created. Through collaborations with leading architectural firms, projects with a strong identity are created, which seek not only to stand out aesthetically, but also to be integrated harmoniously into the environment.
When we undertake a project, I am mainly excited by the architectural challenge that accompanies it. The creation of an architectural project of high aesthetics, which at the same time functions as a welcoming home for each investor, placing particular emphasis on art and design.
Today’s buyer, and especially the foreign buyer who, most of the times, uses their property in Greece as a second home, is looking for a house whose daily use is characterized by comfort, simplicity, tranquility and, above all, functionality. A house of particular architectural beauty, which exploits the natural elements of the area in which it is developed and is inextricably linked to it.
The Swell Project
In today’s housing market – and especially in the midst of the great housing challenge that Greece faces due to the lack of permanent housing for Greeks – an important opportunity is emerging for all the main players in the construction industry to set new standards. Standards that will concern buildings that are economical and functional, of low environmental impact and of particular aesthetics.
Our vision for Sunnyland is to leave our positive mark on society. As the years go by, we feel particularly proud, realizing that a large percentage of the people admire our projects that are completed with great passion, creativity and a high sense of aesthetics. Always having a team of distinguished architects, engineers and specialized executives by our side.
