Sunnyland invests in a quiet aesthetic luxury with respect for the environment and an emphasis on sustainability. A key requirement for our constructions is privacy and for this reason, we do not build large complexes, but buildings with 4 to a maximum of 8 apartments. We are interested in our buildings benefiting from the comparative advantage of our sunny country so that they are naturally lit and bathed in the sun. The element of functionality is also dominant, especially in constructions of this level that are mainly addressed to foreign investors.
