Qatari investment firm QG Investments has placed the properties within the luxury residential complexes Triton I and Triton II at Ellinikon up for sale, appointing Savills Greece to locate potential buyers, according to information from NouPou. The construction project, located on the site of the former Kastalia clinic, is approximately 60% complete. The development is being carried out through self-management, with contractors directly engaged and overseen by the investor. The architectural design was completed by 314 Architecture Studio, led by Pavlos Chatziangelidis.
Savills Greece has undertaken outreach to interested parties both within Greece and abroad.
37 luxury apartments with sea views
The residences are located on 3rd Street in Ellinikon (also spelled Elliniko). The complex will feature a total of 37 apartments, offering sea views and private pools, with property sizes ranging from 120 to 640 square meters. They are adjacent to the Ellinikon Metropolitan Park, as the nine-acre plot hosting the development borders the IRC, the integrated resort complex with a casino.
The name of the complex draws inspiration from the mythological Triton, son of Poseidon and Amphitrite, who was half-human, half-fish. The first of the two buildings, Triton I, includes two ground-floor maisonettes, two first-floor apartments, two second-floor maisonettes, and a penthouse. The second building features two ground-floor maisonettes, four first-floor apartments, four second-floor maisonettes, and two penthouses.
Drawing inspiration from the natural surroundings, the design presents a contemporary architectural composition defined by a cohesive organic layout that seamlessly incorporates water and greenery. At its core, this architectural concept explores the idea of organic spatial design, promoting a harmonious blend between the structures and their environment. The goal is to achieve a symbiotic relationship between the built landscape and the natural world, resulting in structures that appear inherently connected to their setting.
According to the description by 314 Architecture Studio, the project aims to highlight the importance of site-specific design, with the overall architectural form crafted to reflect the site’s inherent characteristics, including topography, climate, vegetation, and cultural context. “Rather than imposing rigid geometric shapes, the organic architecture of the new buildings seeks to create structures that blend harmoniously with their surroundings, respecting the natural features of the environment and contributing to the cohesion of the landscaped area,” the studio notes.
